TutorAid (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use TutorAid.

TutorAid does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on our servers.
The data you enter in the app (student names, lesson records, income data, teaching materials) is used only to sync across your own devices and is never shared with us or any third party.
The data you enter in TutorAid (students, lesson records, material structure, tags, versions) is stored using Apple’s SwiftData framework and synced to your personal iCloud account (CloudKit private database). This sync is handled entirely by Apple, and we have no access to your data.
Teaching material files you import are stored in your iCloud container to sync across your devices. These files do not appear in the system Files app and are accessible only within TutorAid.

TutorAid offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple’s App Store. All purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store your payment information.
TutorAid does not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. We do not track your usage behavior.
TutorAid is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
